Seeking a working chef to join our team.
- 3 or more years of full-service sous chef/ kitchen management experience,
- strong written and verbal communication skills,
- understanding of controlling costs, labor and costing,
- attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment,
- 55 hour work week
- a hospitable, guest-focused, and professional atittude!
- private party and events experience a plus
